Who am I? 

My name is Candice Brown.
I am a mother and baker. Born in Queanbeyan NSW, I have since lived in Grafton, Sydney and Forster. Settling in the great lakes in 2012.
I started my business in 2016 when I saw a need in the area for a cake lady and so far it is just flourishing with over 600 cakes made to date. 
I truly have a passion for cake decorating. It is a wonderful creative outlet that utilises the skillset ingrained in me. 
I have four young children who I hope can see the hard work I am putting into my business so they grow up with the same work ethic. We work hard at what we love to do. 
I support local charities such as The Ronald Macdonald House each year by donating cakes to families who celebrate a special occasion while having a rest at the local retreat.

I service the Great Lakes and Manning region with clients contacting me as far away as Canberra, Brisbane, Perth to New Zealand calling to order for friends or family in this area. 
All of my cakes are made to order and are baked fresh. I use as many local ingredients as are available to ensure a high quality cake and dessert while still supporting local suppliers.
All cakes are bespoke and made with care and love.
